CoSoSys SRL, an organization that provides T'emogique with product support services (the privacy policy for S.C. CoSoSys SRL may be found at http://www.cososys.com/privacy.html). We may also use the individual identifiable information you provide to alert you to T'emogique products, services, updates, notices and special offers being made by T'emogique, however you will be provided a way to "opt out" of this usage of your individual identifiable information if you elect to do so.
In addition to account management and customer service uses of your individual identifiable information, we may also compile the information and analyze it in the aggregate to assist in our marketing research. T'emogique does not sell user information or derive any benefit, commercial or otherwise, from selling personal information about our users. Additionally, we do not disclose or sell to third parties any user content or customized user information (e.g., appraisals, due diligence results, etc.) that may be developed through use of T’emogique offerings. Rather, such user information is maintained in a confidential state. As a result, we commit to you that other than Authorize.Net, First National Bank of Omaha and CoSoSys SRL, as disclosed hereinabove, we will not disclose to any third party any user information collected by us that could be used to identify or contact the user, except as provided above. Additionally, in some instances we may be required by law to disclose information to comply with a legal process, such as a subpoena, court order, or search warrant, and if so compelled we shall comply.
Credit Cards and Other Sensitive Information
Credit card information that you provide to us is used for billing purposes only. No such information is stored, used, or shared for any other purpose.
We have also taken significant administrative and technical actions to attempt to protect against unauthorized access to or disclosure of customer information'both online and offline. We seek to protect the security of your credit card or other sensitive information during transmission by using encryption such as Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).
